What we do?

HHTV offers internships to both high school students and college students. Our internship program is meant for students looking to go into the T.V field. A range of students can apply for internships whether that be someone who wants to be a news reporter, a sports commentator, video editor, live events producer, and the list goes on! High school students must be in the internship class to apply. College interns are also a great asset to our team. Not only do you build your reel and resume, but you get real hands on experience. Internships are meant for students earning credits towards their graduation requirements as this is an unpaid internship. We are proud of both our high school interns and college interns as they go out into the field more prepared by the help of HHTV!

High school students will be required to submit a video montage to show us your editing skills. As a big part of your internship is creating video montages for senior video. You will be here for one period everyday as internship is apart of your scheduled classes.

For college interns we request to see your reel. Show us your work you have done in college and also provide us with your resume. From there we will set up an interview and see if HHTV is the right fit for you and your career path! Once accepted, college interns normally have a set amount of hours they need to reach. Once we set up a plan we can set up your hours and days.

What will you do?

HHTV provides lots of opportunities for hands on learning. Students will edit and create video montages, news packages, commercials, help set-up for live events, and come and be a crew member as well! Our goal is to teach you something new and get you prepared for either college or the real world.

If interested in an internship stop by room D-210 right near the H-wing or contact Mr. Anderson at with the title of the email being internship.
